What Were We Thinking

when we thought we could last a whole month without seeing each other?  Are we crazy?!?
Here are a few memories that will get me to August 16th. (I know I don't usually use pictures, but desperate times call for desperate measures!!)

Boogie boarding on your birthday with seven foot waves was pretty much awesome.  I especially loved when you got tired of it and just back floated over the waves.  You told me to tell you when a wave was coming.  Okay, I said, no problem.  But I was pretty dang serious about catching the next wave and forgot all about your cute face just floating around.  Here comes the wave, and there go your feet over your head.  Oh, there they go again.  After I realized you weren't hurt (seriously) I laughed until I cried. And I loved you a little more because you were laughing just as hard.  I loved your 27th birthday, fish taco stand and all.

Every Sing Star battle you have ever done.  But this one against my dad singing "Hit Me Baby, One More Time," has got to be on the all time favorite list.  Although "Tricky, Tricky, Tricky" with Jenna is a close second.

Just one of many of our crazy Pennsylvania adventure this summer.  I'm glad to know I can create an instant Senor Chris with just a little mascara!

Anytime we are at sea together!!  Someday when we have our 30 foot sail boat and are making our way through the Panama Canal...well, I know it's gonna be great!  (Which reminds me, we need to think of some pirate names.)

Anytime you have your arms around me it is better than Christmas!

You make me laugh without the permed mullett and creepy facial hair -- it's hard not to have a good time with you!

I loved this day.  I loved waiting for you by the side of the lake to cheer you on to your bike.  I loved watching for you to ride by (twice) so I could scream "You're my hero!"  I loved being at the finish line to hug your exhausted body.  You give me so many reasons to cheer you on in work, play and in our crazy life.  I don't want to be anywhere else than right next to you, cheering you on.

See you in two weeks. xoxo

Hey, you found our blog! I feel like that reunion should have been a lot longer so I could have caught up more with you and my other friends from your class. I guess I will have to catch up from you blog. Perhaps you should do a post about everything you have been doing since high school. Alright...go.
